Nestled in the heart of the Gunnison National Forest, the historic Pitkin Hotel - built in 1904 - has been restored to its former elegance. Stepping back in time with Victorian-style suites and an enchanting atmosphere. Our quaint hotel is All the Rage.

PARKING

There is no assigned parking for the hotel. The town streets have ample parking and there is a small lot adjacent to the hotel. Discuss this at check-in if you have questions.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM. Please inquire if you are needing an early check-in or a late check-out. We will accommodate if possible.

The hotel lobby closes at 9PM. If you will be arriving late, please notify us. We will accommodate if possible.

PETS

We accept only certified working service animals in our dining room and ADA suite that fall under protection of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Our ADA suite is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests must disclose they have a pet at booking. Pets must be crated if left in room & guests will be responsible for any damage. First night is $50 and each additional night is $30. Non-refundable pet fees must be paid at check-in.

Non-service pets will not be allowed in the hotel common areas or Bon-Ton Bistro. Patio seating is available and Venue 1904 is pet-friendly. Please be respectful and keep pets on a leash.

WIFI & TELEVISION

We use Starlink WiFi throughout the hotel, and you will be given access to the WiFi at check-in.

We use Dish Network for cable access. You may also access your personal streaming services.

SMOKING

We are a smoke-free hotel. Discuss this at check-in if you have questions.

HOUSEKEEPING

We provide housekeeping every two days unless requested by the guest.

QUIET ENJOYMENT & SECURITY

The Pitkin Hotel is a family-oriented hotel, and we do not allow loud or obnoxious behavior on our property. Any rude behavior may cause you and your party to be asked to leave the property and forfeit any payment toward your reservation.
